The Hustle is an independent, student-led creative apparel collective operating within COEP Technological University (formerly College of Engineering Pune), Shivajinagar, Pune.
We are not a corporate entity or registered commercial company. We operate as a dedicated student group designing and manufacturing custom streetwear, hoodies, and batch-drop merch on a limited pre-order basis for fellow students and the campus community.
02Campus Exclusivity & Eligibility
Our merchandise drops and apparel releases are presently intended exclusively for current students, alumni, faculty, and community members affiliated with COEP Technological University.
All order fulfillment, batch arrivals, and handoffs are coordinated directly on the COEP campus (Main Building, Hostel Campus, Boat Club, or departmental departments).
03Pre-Order Batch Production Model
To minimize waste and ensure high fabric quality (heavyweight french terry, high-density screen printing), all items are produced on a pre-order / batch-drop basis:
- Drop Window: Orders are collected during an active drop period until the batch closes.
- Manufacturing Run: Once the drop closes, the exact quantities ordered are sent to the printing and stitching mill (typically 7 to 14 days production cycle).
- Arrival Notification: As soon as the finished batch arrives on campus, every student is individually notified via WhatsApp and Email for campus pickup.
04Transparent Student Pricing
All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Because The Hustle is an unregistered student group operating within university turnover limits, we do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The price you see on the catalogue is the final amount you pay. There are zero hidden platform fees, packing surcharges, or courier shipping fees for campus pickup.
05Payment Processing via Razorpay
Secure Payments via Razorpay
All online payments are securely aggregated through Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), Debit/Credit cards, and Net Banking. The Hustle does not store or have access to your bank passwords or card numbers.
In the event an amount is debited from your account during a failed checkout attempt, the payment aggregator (Razorpay) and your bank will automatically reverse the transaction within 3 to 5 banking business days.
06No Refunds Policy (All Sales Final)
Please verify your size carefully (refer to the comprehensive size chart on each product page) before completing your order. Because each piece is custom produced strictly against submitted pre-orders, orders cannot be exchanged or refunded once placed.
07Campus Pickup & Order Notification
We coordinate on-campus handoffs exclusively at COEP Technological University:
- Pickup Location: Students will be notified to come for pickup only in the Visitors Room in COEP Hostel. For security and protocol adherence, no door-to-door hostel room deliveries are made.
- Arrival Alerts: When your pre-order batch is ready, an automated WhatsApp / SMS and email notification is sent with your collection time slots.
- Collection Verification: Present your Order Number (e.g. HSTL-XXXXX) or student MIS ID card to collect your packaged merch.
- Live Tracking: You can check your batch fulfillment stage anytime at /track.
