This Privacy Policy explains how The Hustle, a student-led apparel and creative initiative at COEP Technological University, Pune, handles student information when you browse our drops, place pre-orders, or coordinate campus pickup.
We respect the privacy of our fellow students. We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your order and notify you when your hoodie or t-shirt arrives on campus.
02Information We Collect
When placing a pre-order, we collect:
- Student Name & Contact: Your full name, college/personal email address, and WhatsApp mobile number for drop arrival pings.
- Campus / Delivery Reference: Your hostel name or campus department (optional) to coordinate hand-to-hand delivery.
- Order Details: Chosen item, colorway, size (S/M/L/XL/XXL), quantity, and unique order number (e.g., HSTL-XXXXX).
03Payment Processing via Razorpay
Secure Payments Handled by Razorpay
All digital transactions are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. The Hustle never stores or sees your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs. All payment operations occur in Razorpay’s encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant environment.
Supported payment channels include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), RuPay/Visa/Mastercard Debit & Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
04How Student Information is Used
Your information is used strictly to:
- Compile accurate production counts for our textile manufacturing run.
- Send order confirmation and status updates via email and WhatsApp.
- Notify you when your order has arrived on the COEP campus and is ready for pickup.
- Verify your identity during pickup at the campus distribution desk.
