All order fulfillment, batch arrivals, and deliveries take place on campus. We do not charge third-party courier fees because finished garments are brought directly to campus and handed to students by our team.
02Batch Production & Arrival Timeline
Because every drop is custom manufactured on heavyweight blanks with custom dyes and prints, orders follow a batch production cycle:

03How Students Are Notified Upon Arrival
The notification message includes:
- Your unique Order Number (e.g., HSTL-XXXXX).
- Designated campus pickup location: Visitors Room in COEP Hostel.
- Pickup dates, daily time slots, and the student coordinator’s direct phone number.
04Designated Pickup Point: Visitors Room in COEP Hostel
When your order is ready, you will receive a WhatsApp/SMS alert notifying you of the specific time slots to collect your order at the Visitors Room in COEP Hostel. Please bring your Order Number or Student MIS ID.
05Zero Delivery Fees (100% Free Campus Handoff)
Campus pickup and handoff is completely FREE (₹0) for all COEP students. There are zero shipping fees, packaging costs, or minimum cart order values required.

07Uncollected Orders & Safe Keeping
If you are away during exams, festivals, or semester breaks when a batch arrives, do not worry. Your merch bag will be safely held in storage by our student team for up to 30 days. Simply contact us when you are back on campus to arrange collection.
